In his career he has worked on political campaigns, non-profit projects, startups and even started his own design studio. Over the past four years, Sergio has been exploring the web3 universe, helping businesses to leverage blockchain technology and create sustainable, resilient communities.

He sees potential in using this kind of incentive structure at larger scales to encourage more participation in democratic processes.
